  • 1. The drum sensor adopts an imported integrated electronic switch, featuring long service life and strong anti-interference performance. Simple structure and reliable performance.
The reducer does not need to be filled with engine oil, which solves the problem of oil leakage in the reducer.
    3. No need to set the number of rolls, computer automatic control.
    4. The adhesion index automatically remembers the number of starts.
    5. Display method: LED digital display, manual reset or power on automatic reset.
    6. Adhesion index drum count: 50 ± 1 revolution/min, superior to the national standard.
    7. The adhesion index rotates without noise.

  • NJ-8 type microcomputer caking index tester is a special instrument for measuring the caking ability of coking coal - Roga index and caking index. It is suitable for use in laboratories of coal, metallurgy, coking departments, and scientific research institutions.
    Measurement principle
The NJ-8 microcomputer adhesion index tester uses a motor to drive two rotating drums through a worm gear reducer to rotate at a speed of 50 ± 1 rpm, so that the coal sample coke block is subjected to a strength test in the drum. Therefore, the adhesion ability of the sample is represented by the abrasion resistance of the coal block, that is, the resistance to damage.

  • Drum speed: 50 ± 1 rpm
Display mode: LED digital display, manual reset or power on automatic reset.
    Power supply voltage: 220V
    Motor power: 120W
Overall dimension: 500 × four hundred and sixty × 330 (long × wide × High)
    Weight: 45kg
