Measurement principle
1) Drying principle:
Use four high-efficiency energy-saving carbon heating tubes in the furnace chamber, and quickly rise to the set temperature. The samples rotate at a uniform speed on the rotary table in the furnace to evenly heat each sample. Driven by high temperature, the water vaporizes and evaporates, thereby drying the samples.
2) Measurement principle
Weigh a certain amount of sample with a particle size of less than 6mm, place it in the furnace of the moisture meter, and quickly evaporate through high-temperature moisture. Calculate the moisture content based on the mass loss of the sample after drying.
